Removing
Radiation From Our Bodies
As a follow-up on last months article on radiation, I
have found some interesting ideas about removing radiation from
our bodies, the food and water we consume and how to protect
it from the damaging effects.
Removing radiation from your food and
water can be accomplished by using Calcium Bentonite Clay
(http://www.naturalnews.com/032119_radiation_bentonite_clay.html)
this also works well for removing pesticides from your foods.
To remove radiation from your produce,
Perry A~ Arledge, author of Living Clay, Nature's Own Miracle
Cure, recommends starting with liquid clay. This is Calcium
Bentonite Clay mixed with water at a ratio of 1 part
clay to 8 parts water. In a large non-metallic bowl, mix 1/4 cup
of liquid clay with 1 quart of water. Toss your fruits or vegetables
in this clay water making sure they're completely covered and
let them sit for about 10 minutes. Rinse and dry them, and store
them as you normally would.
Adding 1 tablespoon of Calcium Bentonite
Clay per serving to dairy products will help to remove
toxins such as the cesium, and other heavy metals (mercury, etc.)
from your system. Make sure you drink plenty of water when you
use the clay, because it is drying and will soak up the water
around it. Please use this as a cleansing process, not an everyday
thing.
As discussed previously, we can consume
seaweed (kelp and agar agar), not only for its iodine, but for
a substance called sodium alginate. It is a gelling
agent that is used in many food products. This substance attaches
to these contaminates and effectively removes them from the body.
It has also been advised that we think
about eating mucilaginous foods. These would include
oatmeal, oat bran, flax seeds (soaked), barley, tapioca, fennel,
etc. Just think slimy. In the herbal realm think marshmallow,
comfrey root, slippery elm, Irish moss, milky oat seeds, and wild
yam, cinnamon.
Anti-oxidants will help our bodies to
recover from the free radicals caused by radiation.
Foods that are highly colored will help to add to your anti-oxidant
choices. Anything with a dark color, like blueberries, red grapes,
red and blue potatoes, kale and the brightly colored chard, black
rice, Bhutanese red rice.
Dont forget the herbs
from the last article such as Ginkgo, Ashwaganda, Chyawanprash,
holy basil, ginger, the mint family, and the super foods like
spirulina and Chlorella which can help the body draw out the toxins.
Having given you all the above ideas, I am not suggesting that
you have to do everything on the list, just choose what you like,
and experiment with possibly some new foods. Some of you will
notice that the suggestions are not a lot different that those
that have been suggested by the health gurus for the last few
years for cleansing and keeping our bodies healthy.
I also ran across a very interesting article We
are ALL Fukushima (http://www.naturalnews.com/downloads/We-Are-All-Fukushima.pdf)
It is a long article (45 pages), but it points out how we have
all collectively played a part in this disaster and the chance
to collectively evolve and heal beyond it. We can no longer put
our heads in the sand and pretend that something that happens
half way around the world does not affect us and that we need
not be concerned.
