What
to expect on your first visit to the office
- You
will fill out Paper work necessary in assisting Dr. Travis
with her overall knowlege of your particular condition.
If you prefer, you can download the forms and fill them
out prior to arriving at the office. Please
download and fill out both forms listed below.
- You
and Dr. Travis will discuss your current and past health
concerns.
- Dr.
Travis will perform an examination to determine the extent
of your condition.
- After
the examination, Dr. Travis will give you her recommendations
for future care, and the cost involved with those treatments.
She will also recommend any additional diagnostic test that
she feels would assist you in returning to your optimum,
pain free health.
- You
will receive a Chiropractic Treatment. This treatment will
be determined according to your individual needs and according
to your treatment preference.

What
you can expect during subsequent visits
- You
will be discussing your progress from your previous treatment.
- You
wil report to Dr. Travis, any new injuries, or flair-ups
you may have experienced since your previous treatment.
- Dr.
Travis will perform a brief examination, testing areas that
were found to be mis-aligned and/or in need of treatment.
- Dr.
Travis will suggest specific stretching, exercises, and
other information that will benefit your body and facilitate
healing.
- Dr
Travis will be making recommendations for changes in your
diet, vitamins, minerals, and herbal products which will
allow your body to heal more effectively.
