In
addition to her Doctorate of Chiropractic degree, Dr. Travis
has earned a Bachelor of Science degree in physical
education and
chemistry from San Diego State University. Dr. Travis also holds
a California Teaching Credential.
Dr.
Travis received her Herbalist
certification from the East West School of Herbology
in Santa Cruz, California.
When Dr. Travis is not working, she pursues her other interests,
including actively participating as a board member and treasurer
for the Soroptimist International of Eel River Valley, and participating
in their non-profit fund raising events.
At
home, she loves to spend time in her garden, growing and processing
medicinal herbs.
In Nature, she spends time learning more
about the Medicinal Herbs that are native to Humboldt County.
